Main Responsibilities
Review, own, and analyze Modern Trade channel data to inform business strategies, ensuring data hygiene and proper information flow.
Execute and monitor activities, overseeing their implementation.
Monitor competition activity and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
Use data-driven strategies to enhance sales and revenue.
Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize collaboration.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate strategy success.
Ensure channel partner compliance with contracts and standards.
Coordinate with external agencies for marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field, with FMCG experience. Key account and retail experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. Financial acumen and budgeting skills are also important.
