Graduate / Specialized Courses related to Hotel / Catering Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation
Excellent in English communication
Job Description-
Will be overall responsible for Dinning.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the Catering Operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Preparation of duty roaster for all Dining Staff & Team Members
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Provide healthy, hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance the customer satisfaction, smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
