Catering – Site Manager Jobs in Doha at NRG
We are currently looking for a Catering Site Manager to manage and oversee the complete catering operations of the designated Site/Project and shall be the primary point of contact for the clients and other representatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To ensure and guarantee for our clients, their service satisfaction, HSE standards and company’s objectives through the application of the company’s standard operating procedures, the proper staff training and allocation, and administrative and cost management
- Responsible for the proper service delivery and respect of contractual; terms for the best interest of the company
- Respect assigned cost and sales targets
- Submit all the necessary reports on time
Must-Haves:
- The ideal candidate must be based in Qatar with a transferable work visa
- Able to communicate fluently in English. (Arabic will be a plus)
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in the similar field with exposure to operations and team management.
- Good knowledge of HSE/HACCP principles & Catering business procedures
- Ability to sustain work under pressure and take initiatives
- Authoritative and commanding
