Customer Orders & Communication

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding menus, pricing, services, event packages, and availability.
  • Receive, process, and confirm catering orders while ensuring all customer requirements are accurately documented.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on inquiries to support sales conversion and customer retention.
  • Coordinate event requirements, including guest count, venue details, delivery schedules, dietary requirements, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and communication logs within the company system.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, requests, and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Event Operations

  • Execute catering events according to confirmed client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, drivers, and service teams to ensure timely and successful event delivery.
  • Oversee event setup, food presentation, buffet arrangements, service areas, and event breakdown.
  • Ensure the timely delivery, installation, collection, and return of catering equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor event progress and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Food & Beverage Service

  • Ensure food and beverages are prepared, handled, and served according to company quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Maintain proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls at all times.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate, assign, and supervise the activities of service staff, drivers, and event support personnel to ensure efficient event execution.
  • Assist in training new employees on operational procedures, service standards, and company policies.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-focused culture.

Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Monitor catering inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly after each event.
  • Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment and assist with inventory counts and stock control procedures.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company health, safety, and food safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Report incidents, accidents, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.
