We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with far better control. Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine [selection, pricing, logistics, and experience] applied to enterprise procurement.

As a Category Manager for Noon Business, you will drive the growth and performance of key product categories by shaping assortment strategy, managing supplier partnerships, and optimizing pricing and selection. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B marketplace from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and accelerate category growth.
- Defining and building the right assortment for launch (v1)
- Onboarding and negotiating with key sellers
- Structuring pricing, quotation frameworks, and margin ladders
- Acquiring and managing anchor B2B customers
- Feeding real market insights back into product and operations
What You'll Need
- 5-8 years of experience in Category, business development.
- Willingness to spend time in the market. Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations.
