Position: Â CASHIER CUM WAITER
Job Summary
:
The Cashier cum Waiter plays a dual role of serving customers and managing cash transactions. They ensure excellent customer service by promptly attending to diners, processing orders, and handling payments accurately.
We are looking for a well-experienced cashier cum waiter with goodcommunication skills.

Waiter
Duties
Customer Service
:
Greet customers warmly, present menus, and take orders.
Order Management
:
Relay orders to the kitchen.
Customer Interaction
:
Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and provide suggestions if needed.
Cashier
Duties
Billing
:
Generate accurate bills and provide receipts for customer payments.
Payment Handling
:
Manage cash, card transactions, and other payment methods efficiently.
Cash Management
:
Ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
Promotional Activities
:
Apply discounts, vouchers, or special promotions correctly.
Record Keeping
:
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and computer proficiency for handling cash registers orPOS systems.
Multitaskingability to manage cashier and waiter responsibilities simultaneously.
Previous experience in hospitality or food service (preferred).
Goodcommunication skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Carry trays and other serving equipment as needed.
