The ideal candidate will accurately process customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced Asian fast-food restaurant. Key
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional service.
- Process orders through the
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain an accurate cash float and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Coordinate customer orders with the kitchen.
- Answer customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and dining area.
- Upsell menu items and promotions.
- Follow company hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of cashier experience in restaurants or fast-food outlets.
