Job Description: HR Coordinator – Tashkeel & Subsidiaries (Including Gerbou Restaurant)

Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Nad al Sheba 1 Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting to: HR ManagerAbout the Role

Tashkeel, an artist and designer studio in the UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support human resource functions across Tashkeel and its owned subsidiaries, including Gerbou restaurant. This role will assist in managing HR operations for approximately 80 employees, ensuring smooth administrative processes, compliance with UAE labor laws, and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in both creative and hospitality sectors. They must be highly organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment support, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, visas, and performance documents.
Ensure all HR operations comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist in handling work permits, visa applications, and renewals for staff.
Support HR processes related to payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive necessary information and training.
Ensure all new hires complete required HR documentation and are set up in internal systems.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

Act as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.

Training & Development Coordination

Organize training sessions and workshops to support employee growth.
Maintain records of training programs and employee participation.
Assist in identifying skill development opportunities for employees.

HR Support for Gerbou Restaurant

Handle hospitality-specific HR needs, such as scheduling, shift management, and seasonal hiring.
Ensure all food service employees meet compliance requirements, including certifications and permits.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in both the creative and hospitality industries.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
HR certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
