Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (POS system).
- Process payments (cash, card, online) with accuracy and honesty.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist in preparing basic beverages or items when required.
- Coordinate with baristas, kitchen staff, and runners for smooth service flow.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety guidelines.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier, server, or customer service staff in F&B.
- Experience in specialty coffee shops or restaurants is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic POS and cash‑handling knowledge.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Presentable, polite, and team‑oriented.
- Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
