We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor cum All-Rounder to join our team at the Beauty Salon. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, have experience in managing salon operations, and be proficient in a variety of salon services. This role requires an individual who is not only skilled in providing exceptional customer service but also capable of supervising staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and salon cleanliness.
Manage and motivate a team of hairdressers, beauticians, and other staff members.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide a wide range of beauty and salon services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
Maintain inventory of salon supplies and place orders when needed.
Assist in training new staff and maintaining up-to-date service techniques.
Promote salon services and products to clients.
Handle appointment scheduling and manage the salon’s booking system.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed in the salon.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
