Key Responsibilities:
Train and mentor baristas on coffee preparation techniques, latte art, and beverage presentation.
Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures for equipment handling, cleanliness, and beverage consistency.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills.
Oversee day-to-day coffee bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality.
Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and bring innovation to the menu.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Barista Trainer or Master Barista.
Expertise in various coffee brewing methods (Espresso, Pour Over, French Press, etc.).
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, grinding techniques, and milk texturing.
Ability to lead, inspire, and train a team with a passion for coffee excellence.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Barista certification or specialty coffee training is a plus.
