Key Accounts Executive for FITOUT MEP
The role holder is responsible for overseeing the sales in the organization, this position requires a combination of technical expertise, Sequence of Interior fitout works and technical knowledge to understand the implementation of MEP Equipment & installation.
Coordination like Tender site visit Preparation of BOQ offer submission, Site Progress
Updates, Relation maintain/ Client engagement Reporting Updates
Provide feedback from ongoing projects to Estimation/design teams to optimize MEP systems for upcoming projects efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Addition/Elimination Report.
Execution
Engaging site execution to ensure client’s committed time line of project (to meet project progress milestones and commercial updates to client & management). Conduct site inspections to addressing issues or deviations to client. Mile stone. Report: – Progress – commercial -challenges.
Background
Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible roles in Fit Out industry, with established relationships with interior Designers Consultants Contractors, and Group Heads of major brands in F&B and Retail. Alternatively. Demonstrated knowledge of the interior fit- out construction industry and the sequence of MEP works.
Skills
Proficient in both sales and technical knowledge. Familiarity with MEP design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Effective communication skills essential for engaging with internal teams, external stakeholders, and Client.
Salary & benefits:
Salary: The compensation includes a gross salary of AED8000- 10,000 per month, coupled with a gross sales revenue target of AED (It depends on capability of candidate of Area of expertise)
Revenue milestones will be defined in stages and corresponding incentive percentages will apply upon reaching each mileston
