Job Description
Accurately receive and process cash, credit, and debit card payments.
Provide correct change to customers.
Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow store policies and procedures.
Process returns and exchanges.
Handle gift cards and store credit.
Qualifications
