Customer Engagement:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Help and provide product information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, guiding them through various options based on their preferences and requirements.
Sales Support:
Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their design preferences, space limitations, and budget.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth sales processes, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities
Order Processing:
Help customers navigate the order placement process, ensuring accurate item selection, sizing, and customization options.
Input customer orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Visual Merchandising:
Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized shop floor by arranging furniture displays and maintaining proper product placement.
Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually attractive always.
Problem Resolution:
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher-ups when necessary.
Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve problems, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Store Operations:
Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and communicating stock levels to management.
Support in-store events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,700.00 per month
