This is a full-time on-site role for a Main Chef located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The Main Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff (helpers), creating menus, food preparation, and cooking. The Main Chef will also oversee food service to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.

Qualifications
Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
Experience in healthy concepts and meal planning
Experience in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Food Service skills and experience in managing a kitchen staff
Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
Passion for creating innovative dishes that are both healthy and delicious
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
Experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry in UAE is a plus
