Job Purpose:
The Case Analyst is responsible to implement IP respect guidelines and procedures in for case building, review, coordination, transfer and execution operations and mechanisms, to manage coordination between stakeholders, and operationalize execution guidelines and review final decisions/judgement concerning infringement cases and referrals to respective stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferable in Business Administration or equivalent.
2 years of experience.
