Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed rentals.
- Promote car rental services, packages, and special offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.
- Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the UAE car rental sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE car rental industry (sales experience is mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the UAE car rental market.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
