Carpentry & Metalwork Technician – Full-Time
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry & Metalwork Technician to join our team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry and metalwork installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Install and repair wooden doors, frames, cabinets, partitions, counters, and other fixtures.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and metal materials.
- Fabricate and install metal frames, brackets, supports, channels, and structures.
- Read and follow technical drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Carry out drilling, cutting, grinding, fastening, and other fabrication tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
- Repair and modify existing wood and metal structures as required.
- Ensure all work is properly aligned, fitted, finished, and securely installed.
- Coordinate with other technicians and construction teams on site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow company quality standards and health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Carpentry & Metalwork Technician or in a similar role.
- Practical experience with both carpentry and metalwork.
- Good knowledge of wood, MDF, plywood, aluminum, steel, and related materials.
- Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Iqama is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in Riyadh are preferred.
