Carpentry Foreman (Joinery & Fit-Out) Jobs in Sharjah at D C O R Technical services
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in joinery and fit-out works, along with the ability to manage site activities and supervise a team of carpenters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage carpentry and joinery works at site
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and proper finishing
- Read and interpret drawings and coordinate with site engineers
- Plan daily tasks and allocate work to carpenters and helpers
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman in joinery/fit-out projects (Minimum 3-5 Years Experience)
- Able to handle the team of 10-12 People.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic communication skills in English
- UAE experience is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Must be well versed of UAE locations.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
