Carpenter Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead carpentry teams and ensure high-quality work on all projects. The candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage carpenters and skilled workers.
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work activities.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain tools, materials, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Train and support junior carpenters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–10 years of carpentry experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry (preferred).
