Carpenter – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out (Dubai) Jobs in Dubai at Fit It Mates
A growing joinery, fit-out, and renovation company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in custom furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, doors, partitions, and general carpentry works, and be comfortable working both in the workshop/factory and on-site installations.
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry & Joinery Works
- Fabrication and installation of wardrobes, cabinets, doors, furniture, wall panels, and custom joinery items
- Work with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and solid wood
- Read basic drawings, measurements, and cutting sizes
- Handle assembly, fitting, and finishing adjustments
Workshop Responsibilities
- Support production of joinery items in factory/workshop
- Use carpentry tools and machines safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Site Installation
- Install joinery works on project sites
- Carry out adjustments, rectification, and finishing touch-ups
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a carpenter in joinery / fit-out / furniture works
- Experience in both workshop production and site installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good workmanship and attention to detail
- Must be currently based in UAE
Preferred
- Experience in joinery workshop or furniture factory
- Basic understanding of drawings
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Compensation
- Salary based on experience
