Manage Cargo Operations:

Maintain accurate cargo records, prepare reports, and handle customs documentation. Â Supervise Team:
Lead and manage cargo handlers, assign tasks, and provide training. Â Coordinate and Communicate:
Liaise with clients, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Â Improve Efficiency:
Implement process improvements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred).  Proven experience in cargo handling, logistics, or warehouse management.  Experience in a supervisory or
leadership
role. Â Strong organizational and time management skills. Â Excellent
communication
and interpersonal abilities. Â Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Â Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
