In this role, you will be responsible to effectively manage the e-initiates tasks (e.g. e-AWB and e-freight implementation) actively with the network stations or Head office departments and effective implementation in Doha and network as well as provide technical inputs.
- Define technical requirements of projects with stakeholders and ensure such requirements are collated, reviewed and submitted to IT and automation as change requests for projects including FFR bookings, Customs connectivity (ACAS, PACT), GHA interfaces, CROAMIS reports, XML screen changes etc.
- Source and manage audit reports relevant to e-AWB implementation with QAS in Doha and provide compliance indicators to network at defined frequencies
- Define assigned e-initiative project plans using MS project or similar. Review the plan regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are achieved timely. Write project status reports by using tools recommended by Line Manager
- Ensure required project related technical capabilities are tested in stage environment and accordingly appropriate updated provided to line manager for production sign off
- Responsible to liaise with technical teams of the Cargo Community system, GHA and Global Key Accounts to provide cost effective solutions for interface requirements for projects including XRCP messaging, CC/CG charges, e-freight and e-AWB project, XML messaging, CCS connectivity etc.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience of interfaces with third parties and customers using CIMP and XML messages
- Experience into handling e-AWB and e-freight shipments (Digitalization, Automation or EDI etc.)
- Comprehend, represent and analyze data using MS Excel and Tableau
- Experience of Cargo systems like Cargo spot, IBS etc.
