Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Foreman to lead teams in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly sewerage and rainwater systems. The General Foreman will be responsible for overseeing multiple site teams, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and maintaining project quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple site teams, including foremen and subcontractors.
Oversee all aspects of civil construction for sewerage and rainwater infrastructure projects, including excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and installation of manholes.
Ensure that all works are carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and timely project delivery.
Prepare and review daily reports, ensuring that site activities are tracked and managed effectively.
Resolve on-site issues and make real-time decisions to prevent delays or work disruptions.
Ensure compliance with local authorities and regulatory requirements, especially concerning Dubai Municipality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
At least 10 years of experience working in Dubai’s infrastructure projects, including sewerage and rainwater systems.
Proven leadership in managing large teams (100+ workers) and coordinating complex site activities.
Excellent knowledge of excavation, manhole installation, and network infrastructure development.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month
