Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete care for newborns, infants, and toddlers
- Feeding babies (breast milk, formula, or solid meals as instructed)
- Burping, bottle sterilization, and meal preparation for babies
- Changing diapers and maintaining baby hygiene
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming the baby
- Ensuring safe sleep routines and monitoring nap schedules
- Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Monitoring baby’s health, behavior, and routine changes
- Maintaining cleanliness of baby items, nursery, bottles, and toys
- Assisting mothers with postnatal baby support if required
- Taking the baby for walks or outdoor activities if approved by parents
- Following parents’ instructions regarding schedules and routines
- Reporting any health concerns immediately to parents/management
