Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design/Fit-Out
Location: Al Quoz- Dubai

Reports To: Projects Director
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. They will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s expectations. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.
Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, architects, and site supervisors to execute design concepts.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, and building regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field will be advantage.
Minimum 5 years + experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
