What You Need to Have
- Hands-on experience in automotive sales — UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian dealership backgrounds are seriously considered
- Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and the premium/performance segment
- Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle procurement
- Valid UAE driving licence
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a consultative, process-driven sales experience from first enquiry to handover
- Matching customers with the right vehicle and finance solution based on genuine needs
- Driving pipeline through showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, prospecting, and follow-ups
- Sourcing vehicles from the market and bringing them into GTA stock on consignment (SOR)
- Hitting and exceeding monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-ons
- Keeping clean, accurate CRM records throughout every deal
