The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Car Sale Yard, with a strong focus on vehicle auction activities, inventory management, vehicle readiness, and coordinating the end-to-end auction process. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of used car sales and auction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Car Sale Yard.
- Manage and oversee vehicle auction activities and ensure smooth auction operations.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation, inspection, and readiness prior to auctions.
- Monitor vehicle inventory, movement, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Fleet, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead and supervise the yard team to achieve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, car rental, vehicle sales, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license is required.
