ey Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls:
Contact new and existing customers to promote telecom products and services (e.g., mobile plans, fiber internet, corporate packages).
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide information on plans, pricing, and promotions.
Explain the benefits of telecom solutions tailored to customer needs.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert leads into active customers through persuasive selling techniques.
Upsell or cross-sell additional services (e.g., premium data plans, add-ons, device bundles).
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful conversions.
Address customer concerns and objections effectively to close deals.
4. Market Research & Competitor Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, new telecom products, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of telesales experience in the telecom or related industry.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
