What You’ll Do:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and apply paint using spray guns and other equipment with precision.
- Match colors accurately to manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Repair paint defects, scratches, dents, and imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following industry standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Car Painter.
- Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, color matching, and finishing techniques.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
- Experience in Peelable Paint is a Plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
