Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Large-Scale Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee major events across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in event coordination within the UAE, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale corporate, government, and private events.
Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Oversee venue setup, décor, AV requirements, and technical arrangements.
Ensure all permits and approvals are secured for events.
Handle on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and addressing last-minute challenges.
Work closely with marketing, PR, and social media teams for event promotions.
Monitor event budgets, vendor payments, and cost control.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide reports on event success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in large-scale event coordination in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and permits.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month.
Additional benefits as per UAE labor law.
