Job Title: Billing Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to manage the financial aspects of patient services at our beauty clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing patient payments, handling insurance claims, and ensuring that all billing procedures are carried out accurately and efficiently. The Billing Specialist will work closely with both the clinical team and clients to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve any billing issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in billing or accounting, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Customer service-focused with the ability to manage conflict calmly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with beauty clinic or dermatology-related billing is a plus.
Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding healthcare billing.
