Assisting with the management of daily operational activities (Dealership).
– Assisting the dealership business by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
– Performing administrative tasks, such as making calls to customers/vendors, answering phones, etc.
– Overseeing daily business operational activities.
– Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
– Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
– Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
– Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
– Leading the
project management
workflow for assigned projects.
– Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
COORDINATION:
– Collaborating with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
– Managing operational tasks under the direction of managers.
– Negotiating procurement with contractors and suppliers.
– Coordinating with vendors for arranging supplies and work.
– Coordinating with internal team members (logistics, documentation, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.
– Coordinating with our service team to ensure smooth workflow.
– Coordinating with business partners for meeting the required targets and objectives.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
– Making calls to customers to explain the business and vehicle details and inviting them for test drives.
– Receiving customers in the showroom and resolving their queries.
– Fostering good working relationships with vendors and service providers.
