Halaqat Al Wasel Auto Spare Parts LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Auto Parts Specialist to join our expanding team. We are looking for a professional with strong technical expertise in automotive spare parts and a proven ability to accurately identify, source, and supply components for German, European, American, and Chinese vehicle brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately identify genuine and aftermarket spare parts using VIN, chassis number, EPC systems, and technical catalogues.
• Assist customers with expert product recommendations and technical guidance.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient procurement and inventory availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to ensure optimal product availability.
• Stay current with new vehicle models, part supersessions, and industry developments.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales, parts interpretation, or procurement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of German, European, American, and Chinese vehicle spare parts.
• Strong proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and automotive parts management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English is essential. Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu will be considered an advantage.
• UAE automotive spare parts industry experience is highly preferred.
