We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Captain Waiter to join our hotel Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the waitstaff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Monitor service quality and address guest concerns professionally.
- Train, guide, and support junior waiters and new team members.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
- Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations to guests.
- Follow hotel standards, hygiene regulations, and health and safety procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
Pay: Up to QAR1,600.00 per month
