Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for civil construction projects.
Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring work progresses as per project plans.
Oversee the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Site Management:
Ensure that the worksite is safe, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Monitor the work schedule, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
Address any issues or obstacles that arise on-site and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with engineering specifications and drawings.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and conformance to standards.
Report and rectify any discrepancies between design documents and construction work.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, workers, and subcontractors on-site.
Maintain clear communication with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Submit regular progress reports to the project manager, highlighting any challenges or delays.
Materials and Equipment Management:
Ensure that necessary materials and equipment are available on-site and are used efficiently.
Assist in inventory control and ensure that the site is well-equipped to carry out the work.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of daily site activities, labor hours, materials used, and any incidents.
Ensure compliance with company and legal documentation standards.
Problem Solving:
Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, including delays, conflicts, and safety hazards.
Requirements:
Education:
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum [X] years of experience in civil site supervision or construction site management.
Hands-on experience in managing civil works such as roads, drainage, utilities, etc.
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction safety protocols.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
Ability to use project management tools and software is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
