We are looking for an experienced and responsible Captain to join our team and lead operations on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate the vessel (Yacht/Dhow Cruise)
- Supervise crew members and ensure smooth onboard operations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with maritime rules and regulations
Requirements:
- One Captain for 12 Meter Yacht, Second Captain for 24 Meter Yacht
- Valid UAE Boat Driving License (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain (Yachts / Dhows)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
