We are partnering with a leading Dubai-based investment platform focused on real estate and alternative investments across the GCC and international markets. The firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its growing investment team, with a strong focus on deal origination and acquisitions.
The Role:
This is a front-office position centred on sourcing and executing real estate investment opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships, generating deal flow, and supporting transactions from origination through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and originate off-market real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with family offices, UHNWIs, developers, banks, and brokers
- Manage acquisition pipeline from initial contact through to execution
- Conduct preliminary financial analysis and valuation
- Support due diligence, structuring, and transaction execution
- Prepare investment materials for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2-6 years’ experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, capital markets, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the UAE / GCC real estate market
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate deal flow
- Solid financial analysis and valuation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts
