Manage all aspects of corporate finance,including

and financialmodelling.
Conduct comprehensive cash flowanalysis to ensure the company’s financial health andstability.
Lead and manage M&Aactivities, providing expert financial advice andguidance.
Utilize financial software tostreamline financial processes and improveefficiency.
Ensure
financial compliance
withall federal and state financialregulations.
Develop and implement strategicplans to support the company’s goals andobjectives.
Manage financial risks to protectthe company’s assets and maintain financialstability.
Work closely with other seniorleaders to drive the company’s overall strategy anddirection.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA,Master’s in Finance) or professional certification (CPA,CFA) is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years ofexperience in a CFO or similar senior financial managerialrole.
Proven experience in financialmanagement, strategic financial planning, corporate finance,
financial auditing
, financial modelling, cash flow analysis,M&A, and managing financialrisks.
Proficiency in financial software andadvanced financial modelling tools.
Solidunderstanding of federal and state financialregulations.
Exceptional strategic planningskills, with the ability to drive financial strategy anddirection.
Strong
leadership
skills, with aproven ability to manage a team and drive financialperformance.
Excellent
communication
andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financialinformation in a clear and concisemanner.
Experience in the cannabismanufacturing industry is a must!
