A leading Oil & Gas company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a Competency Assurance Management Systems (CAMS) Specialist who will be responsible for supervising the development of graduates based on the CAMS guidelines and ensuring that management reports are submitted on time.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Drilling Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering)
Minimum of 7-8 years experience in the implementation of training activities and People Development
Excellent knowledge of the Competency Development framework and related implementation
Strong report writing skills
