The duties of a Sales Migration Consultant include: Client Consultation and Assessment: Assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs and provide tailored advice based on their qualifications, work experience, and personal circumstances. Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ migration goals, explaining the process, timelines, costs, and potential challenges.

Sales and Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to explain the benefits of migration services, converting inquiries into sales.

Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets set by the company.

Preparation and Submission of Applications: Assist clients in preparing and organizing necessary documents for visa and immigration applications.

Review and ensure that all application forms and supporting documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.

Guidance on Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations in different countries to provide accurate advice.

Inform clients of any changes in immigration policies that may affect their application.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout the migration process.

Handle client queries, concerns, and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordination with Other Professionals: Liaise with lawyers, financial advisors, and other professionals involved in the migration process to ensure seamless service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to improve service offerings and client experience. Market Research and Strategy

Development: Analyse market trends and client demographics to identify new business opportunities.

Develop strategies to target specific client segments and expand the company’s market share.

Reporting and Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of client interactions, application statuses, and sales performance.

Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.

Training and Development: Continuously improve personal knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.

Attend training sessions to stay updated on new services, sales techniques, and industry best practices. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with local laws and ethical standards.

Maintain confidentiality and protect clients’ personal information.

The role requires a mix of sales acumen, customer service, and detailed knowledge of immigration processes to successfully guide clients and achieve business objectives.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
