WE ARE HIRING – CAMP BOSS
Location: Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day operations of a labour accommodation camp and ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-maintained living environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of labour accommodation.
- Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate accommodation allocation, room inspections, and occupancy records.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, catering, and maintenance staff.
- Handle employee accommodation-related concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate transportation, utility services, and camp inventories.
- Prepare daily and monthly camp reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or in labour accommodation management.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour camp regulations and HSE requirements.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
