Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Centre In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of the Driving School’s call centre. The role is responsible for managing the call centre team, ensuring prompt handling of customer inquiries, maintaining service quality standards, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the call centre team.

Monitor inbound and outbound calls to ensure service quality and professionalism.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of service targets.

Prepare call centre reports and maintain accurate records.

Train, coach, and support call centre agents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role, including team supervision.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call centre/customer management systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Fluency in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
