Responsibilities:
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai’s diverse real estate market.
– Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
– Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts including buyers, sellers, and other agents to generate business.
– Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
– Stay informed about current market trends and property listings to provide exceptional service to clients.
– Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
– Commission based role
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
– Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and legal regulations.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
– Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
– Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
