Forex & COMEX Call Center Executive (Telesales)

About the Company
Billion Dollar FX is a fast-growing global online trading platform providing access to Forex, Commodities, Metals, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and CFDs. We are expanding our Dubai sales team and are looking for ambitious, energetic, and target-driven Call Center Executives to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and support account opening activities.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Introduce Forex, COMEX, and CFD trading services to prospective customers.
Explain company products, account types, and promotional offers.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and referrals.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales and Account Management teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, COMEX, Stock Market, Investment, Financial Services, Banking Sales, or Call Center Sales.
Previous Forex or CFD sales experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and closing abilities.
Experience using CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with exceptional sales skills may also apply.
