We are currently looking for a Call Center Agent who will be assigned for Hertz Operations to be based in Dubai.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Answering all inbound calls to 800 HERTZ, assisting the customer with all their inquiries and converting inquiries into reservations.
Probing and creating interest of the customer by providing in-depth information about our services.
Providing personalized customer service to retain the customer.
Ensuring compliance with policies and customer qualification procedures.
Ensuring that all rental & related records/documents are maintained in line with Hertz procedures for effective controls. Providing productivity reports to Call Centre Manager as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate should have finished at least Higher SecondaryEducation.
With at least 1 year call center experience or rental operations experience.
Have the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
Additional experience related to the field of Customer Service would be a distinct advantage.
Willing to work in a 24hr call centre and should be comfortable to work on shifts. In addition, Arabic will be considered an advantage.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
