About Us:
We are an OEXN-regulated FX/CFDs broker offering a wide range of financial products and services to traders globally. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Call Center Specialist who can drive sales, manage call centers, and provide exceptional service to clients across the Middle East and India region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Actively sell FX/CFDs financial products and services to potential clients, with a focus on the Middle East and India regions.
Call Center Management:
Oversee and manage the operations of an existing call center or set up a new one, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a large team of call center agents to achieve performance targets, maintain high-quality service, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and traders.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report on the performance of the call center, implementing improvements as necessary.
Compliance:
Ensure all marketing and sales activities align with OEXN regulatory requirements and local financial laws.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and/or owning a call center operation, preferably in the financial products or services industry (FX/CFDs experience is a plus).
Strong sales experience, ideally in selling financial products like FX, CFDs, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to manage a large team and drive results.
Familiarity with the Middle East and India markets is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English (additional language skills, especially Arabic or Hindi, are a plus).
