We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about our services, trips, and pricing
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Update customer records and booking details accurately in the system
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
🔹 Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or reservations role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Good computer skills and experience with booking or CRM systems
- Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
