Call Center Sales Operator – Interior Design & Renovation (Dubai)
BRS Group continues to grow! We’re looking for a Call Center Sales Operator to join our team and work with inbound leads interested in interior design and renovation services for villas, apartments, and commercial spaces in Dubai.
Dubai – full-time, 2/2 schedule
Responsibilities:
• Selling interior design and renovation services to inbound (warm) leads in Dubai
• Processing leads, qualifying inquiries, and scheduling meetings with clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or call center sales – mandatory
• Confident spoken and written English
• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or a related industry is a strong advantage
• Personal computer/laptop and headset

• Base salary + KPI-based bonuses
• Salary discussed individually during the interview
• Warm inbound leads only, no cold calling
• 2/2 schedule, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
