About the Job
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh.
The main responsibility of this role is handling incoming calls and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
· Provide accurate information about company services.
· Direct calls to the appropriate departments when needed.
· Record call details and maintain accurate documentation.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Requirements & Skills:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Professional phone etiquette.
· Ability to handle calls calmly and efficiently.
· Basic computer skills.
· Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
· Presentable and professional attitude.
Experience:
0–1 year of experience in call center or customer service (Fresh graduates are welcome).
